Refund Policy

We want InfoRadar to feel fair. If you were charged incorrectly or the service failed to activate after payment, contact @inforadar_bot within 14 days of purchase and include your Paddle receipt.

For first-time subscription purchases, we generally offer refunds within 14 days when there has been limited product usage or a clear billing error. Renewals are normally non-refundable once a billing cycle has started, unless required by law or approved as a customer-support exception.

Canceling a subscription prevents future renewals but does not automatically refund the current billing period. Approved refunds are returned through Paddle to the original payment method.
